We are happy to receive our guests and be present. In Sahanlahti, old-fashioned hospitality is appreciated and we prepare the food ourselves from start to finish. We bake our own breads and coffee sandwiches and prepare the delicacies for lunch and dinner tables from local ingredients. 90% of our food comes from local producers, so we know where our food comes from and what it contains. With pride, we offer the best give to our guests with solid professionalism.

Welcome to the unique and historic milieu of Sahanlahti. We’re at your service all year round. Our skilled staff will handle the arrangements of your event professionally, each event as a whole. Personal service in tailoring your event is our strength. Our atmospheric banquet facilities include Restaurant Koskivahti with its halls and large terraces for a large group, the confused open fire restaurant Pajapirtti and the down-to-earth Rantamakasin with terraces in the summer, right on the shores of Lake Saimaa. A relaxed Artturi is ideal for more free-form events, with both a traditional and a smoke sauna, a hot tub, a cosy fireplace and two terraces with Saimaa views. A more private wood-heated sauna on Niskalampi is well suited for smaller groups.
