The Kuoreksenniemi holiday area is located just a few kilometres away from Sahanlahti Resort. This naturally beautiful area is dry and ridged forestland with its highest point 60 metres above the surface of Lake Saimaa.
Kuoreksenniemi Villas are semi-detached houses, each with its own large terrace with privacy and a large sauna area.
The beach house apartments are located right on the shore of Lake Saimaa and were completed in summer 2014.
The holiday home has three bedrooms with sleeping facilities for six people. The villa has a view of Lake Saimaa (through a birch forest) and a spacious sauna area. The villas are semi-detached, and some have a fireplace. The living room’s high windows offer a luminous view. The excellent architecture ensures that everyone has their own sheltered and enclosed terrace space. On the large terrace in the backyard, you can enjoy the sun all day long. The spacious and functional layout of the common areas and the 3 separate bedrooms make the villa versatile and easily adaptable.
The villa is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a radio/CD player. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and dining set. There is a barbecue on the terrace. The villa has two shower and toilet facilities. The utility room has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
There are 3 apartments for 1 to 6 persons. Pets are welcome for an extra charge.

The beach house has three apartments right on the shore of Lake Saimaa. 1 x 2 rooms + kitchen + shower + terrace (one-bedroom) and 2 x 1 room + kitchen + shower + terrace (studio).
Equipment in the apartment: Flat-screen TV, kitchenette, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, microwave, and a dining set. The one-bedroom apartment has two beds in a separate bedroom and a convertible sofa bed in the kitchen-living room.
There are three apartments in total. Pets are welcome.
